Animations
Animations are the heart of staging in Glyph Master: images, sounds, lights, transitions, overlays… They bring your scenes to life and can be triggered in an instant during the game.
What is an animation?
An animation is a preconfigured sequence that combines the capabilities offered by your extensions: display, audio, DMX, IoT, transitions, multi-window, visual effects, etc. They are triggered via your acts during the game and orchestrated by Glyph Master's central engine.
For example, they allow you to display an illustration, play music, change the lighting atmosphere, show a combat interface, or chain multiple effects with delays, loops, or transitions. They are prepared before the game and then triggered with a single click at the right moment.
The animation library
Glyph Master offers an online library of ready-to-use animations. They are accessible directly from the application in the Animations section. The library contains official animations created by Glyph Master and community animations shared by players.
You can search for animations by tags (mood, universe, effect type, etc.). The necessary extensions are indicated, and if an animation requires inactive extensions, installation is automatically refused to avoid errors. Some animations may be marked as explicit: this is clearly indicated. Community animations can be reported from the website if necessary.
Once installed, an animation appears in your list. You can use it as is, adapt it, integrate it into your acts, and trigger it during the game with a single click or via a link, a Web Service, or a Streamdeck.
